A bottom up approach
The project started in 2015  in order to maintain physical and mental wellbeing of employees through their working lives
The project group  representatives of all organisational units and different jobs  the project has been supported by both national police trade unions
Various activities  taking into account the ageing workforce

5. Cooperation between the Republic of Slovenia and the Czech Republic
In the spring of 2017 the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic and the Czech FOP proposed a collaboration
OSH seminar (Kašperské Hory, October 2017) organised by the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic and the Czech FOP  2 representatives from the Police Directorate Murska Sobota attended the seminar
OSH seminar „How can we achieve health and satisfaction of workers through better organisation of work and better leadership“ will be organised by the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Slovenia (Ljubljana, May 2018)  representatives of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic will be invited
