This Data Book is an Addendum to the Trust’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Report Publishing this data helps the Trust to meet its obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and provides the Trust with a useful workforce profile and patient survey information that tells us about the experience of people related to their ‘protected characteristics’ (as defined by the Equality Act 2010). Analysing this information helps the Trust to consider whether it is meeting the needs of all local communities that use Trust services. It also helps us to: foster inclusion, eliminate discrimination and advance the equality of opportunity.
