Facilitate operators to submit water quality data in a harmonized way
Provides the water regulator (Ministry of Health) immediate access to water quality data all over the country
Provides every citizen with drinking water quality information nationwide

5. System security
Web-based system hosted on Oracle Cloud, a cloud platform designed and architected to support enterprise applications and customers.
The platform provides high-performance, secure, and highly available services.

Define water source type, supply rate (m3/h), water district, WGS 84 coordinates (lat, lon)
