CRM - HARMONY An interface between CRM and Harmony allows users to
Transfer their opportunities into the ERP. This interface could be activated manually at any stage of the opportunity. Update the information registered in the ERP project if some values change in the CRM opportunity since the last synchronization. CRM opportunity Harmony project ERP project number will be the common link between CRM and ERP Harmony. Other data will be interfaced from CRM to Harmony : Business Unit, Status of opportunity, Specialties, Amount and margin… Be aware that this interface only works from CRM to ERP. If data are up-dated in Harmony, they couldn’t be synchronized into the CRM opportunity. Page No

How does it work ? Each entity defines its process to interface their opportunities in Harmony. When an opportunity should be interfaced ? The interface works whatever the opportunity status is. Each entity must define when an opportunity must be synchronized in Harmony : Some entities prefer to interface their opportunities as soon as they detect a potential business with a customer (status : project). In that way, they can input some accounting costs on the ERP project ! Other entities want to synchronize only their WON opportunities. How to set the ERP number ? Each entity must choose between the manual or the automatic process. With the manual process, the entity defines itself the ERP number before activating the interface. The reference they allocate to the opportunity will be sent to Harmony. With the automatic process, the ERP number is provided by Harmony. Once this process has been defined, the user can synchronize the data from CRM to ERP by clicking on the button which is displayed on the top right of the opportunity screen. ERP project number will be the common link between CRM and ERP Harmony. Other data will be interfaced from CRM to Harmony : Business Unit, Status of opportunity, Specialties, Amount and margin… Page No
4
How does it work ? If the opportunity has not been interfaced yet, a new project will be created in Harmony A checkbox « Transmitted ERP » will be activated. Later on, the button « Interface » will only synchronize the changes made in the CRM database since the last synchronization. ERP project number will be the common link between CRM and ERP Harmony. Other data will be interfaced from CRM to Harmony : Business Unit, Status of opportunity, Specialties, Amount and margin… Page No

STATUS/ STAGES CRM Open- Project STATUS ERP Cancelled Declined Won Lost Open-Prequal Open-Tender/Nego Upstream To the Study Acquired Lost No more continuation
