4. Bylaws – Vote on Changes
What are Bylaws?
Rules made by the national Society of Women Engineers in order to regulate all of its sections.
We must have a majority vote for our section to approve these updated bylaws that the National Society has altered

5. Youth on Campus Training
You will receive an with a link to the Youth on Campus training if you attended last meeting in the next few days
You need to complete this in order to volunteer with any of our outreach events.
It takes ~10 minutes – please complete it ASAP

Saturday, October 27th 10am-2pm in ESB (volunteers needed as early as 9am for set-up)

Event Description: You get to decorate a car and (appropriate) costumes are encouraged! Candy can be donated for SAC hours. 1 bag  = ½ hour. You can drop off in Cate and Ryan’s office. Please make sure you let us know what organization you are dropping off for.

15. Professional Development – Interviews & Elevator Pitch
Used in career fairs and interviews
1 minute spiel about yourself
Activity: Give an elevator pitch to your neighbor and give constructive advice to one another
Interview Tips:

Fill out all information
Recommended to choose “Collegiate to Career” for type of membership for $50
Make sure you are registering under WVU SWE Section
Enter payment information and submit!
