Questions for Court Cases
Answer the following questions on one piece of paper per group. When you present, have at least one different person answer each question. What are the constitutional issues in the case? Who was suing who? What were arguments for the plaintiffs? What were arguments for the defendants?

Make a Statement After your group finishes the questions, make a statement. Such as: “It is the right of students to decide what is appropriate or inappropriate in a forum of public opinion.”
