Your assist. store mgr. Polly was very kind and
give me a $5.00 gift card.
However, I wanted you to know I still feel cheated with the purchase I made in your store today. I purchased 4 of the Knorr Hollandaise sauce packets this am. I do not usually shop.
But for some reason, I looked at the price of the
product and saw it was $.99 When I tried to check out I mentioned to the cashier that the 1.49 price was wrong - she said," Oh it is discounted - see .30 cents on the screen". Humm, I thought it was .99 so I signed the credit card slip to get out of the way and then asked the young man to check the price for me. Sure enough it was marked .99 on a "red" sticker under the product.
Well = Polly explained the store policy of 1 free and the difference for more then one item.
WOO - I think you are really cheating the public.
What percent of the folks are going to catch .20 cents per item.
You have my credit number for the transaction, the item and the quantity - just have your computer credit my card when you find the errors even if I don't catch you cheating me! What an idea!
Ok, while I do not expect you to go that far, I think you owe the public more than the difference for the error.
