Introducing the Glenbourne Unit
Acute Mental Health Unit The importance of compassion is well-recognised …little guidance around how to operationalise it. Values…how do you make this tangible? How to know if you are doing it well? Reviewing existing working groups and setting this as a priority and reviewing it against existing priorities. QI becomes vehicle to systematically and methodically assess and apply implementation.

The quotes can be quite thought provoking and have made me think about things differently.” “They stay with me through the day and also make me reflect, be more positive about things, and about myself, give me confidence and most importantly make me feel like I belong to a community.”
