2. On September 23, 2010, the School Board authorized a boundary study to address overcrowding in a number of elementary schools in the southwestern part of the county. The study is based on community planning efforts, which began under the Southwestern Regional Planning Study Committee (SWRPSC), an ad hoc citizen planning committee, which began in October 2009.
