GradeMark Administration – High Level Module Administrators (MAs) to have access to Module Leader (ML) Turnitin Password Enables creation of the Master Class, marking sections and assignment. ML to MAs specific information to set up the class and assignment form includes: Module Code Module Name Occurrence code (Site) Assignment Title Start Date Submission Date Post Date Marker(s) Marker(s) Extensions & Resubs External Moderators(s)

Types of classes All classes are Master Classes A module 1 marker (ML)/moderator B module X markers (ML)/moderator C module X markers/ moderator (M/L)

GradeMark Administration – High Level Classes are set up to enable anonymous marking and a class end date one year from the creation date. AFTER Additionally submissions will be allowed AFTER the due date. The above will allow for Extensions and Resubmissions to be managed within Tii GradeMark Student information drawn from SITs (Mav) and exported into Excel, information separated by the number of markers.

GradeMark Administration – High Level Students uploaded into the Turnitin GradeMark class and they will receive the enrolment information to their Anglia e-mail account. http://www.youtube.com/SciTechLT ech#p/u/6/uQ0lTqRWafE http://www.youtube.com/SciTechLT ech#p/u/6/uQ0lTqRWafE Initial class and assignment set up complete http://www.youtube.com/SciTechLT ech#p/u/6/uQ0lTqRWafE http://www.youtube.com/SciTechLT ech#p/u/6/uQ0lTqRWafE

GradeMark Administration – High Level Extensions Due date +1 working day MA run report from SAL 2 in SITs identifying those students granted an extension. Minimum extension to be granted by Student Advisor 2-5 days (to be agreed). If extension is within 15 working days of the marking and assessment period – NO action as students can submit after the due date. If extension is over 15 days a new section is added to the original Master class called Extension – appropriate students added to this section and e-mailed. Normal 20 day ruling applies for assessment and feedback availability.

GradeMark - Student Results Collection

GradeMark Administration – High Level Resubmissions DAP + 5 working days the MA runs a report from SSR in SITs to retrieve a list of students with outstanding re- submissions. A new section will be created in the Master class called Re-Submission. Normal 20 day ruling applies for assessment and feedback availability. Students access feedback as previously discussed

GradeMark – External Moderators Part A of Moderation form received by MA, this is prompt to start external moderation process. Moderators would have an @ anglia e-mail account, set up in advance. MAs will amend the master class sections with the appropriate moderator (s). This enables the moderator to access the assignments – the above process will invite them to the class via and e-mail. MAs will e-mail Moderator (s) and attach external examiner comment form, module guide and Moderation form parts A&B.

GradeMark – External Moderators The moderator will apply the Anglia Ruskin University algorithm – essentially then will have a free hand to check what they want – these students will NOT be anonymised. Moderator returns, via e-mail the completed moderator report etc to the MA. MA changes section in Master class to the ML, this restricts the external having further access.
