Evidence Based Practice Studies have found an increase in activity and participation, quality of life, and user satisfaction outcomes with the use of environmental control systems, and smart home technology interventions for persons with impairments and disability. Focusing on what a child ‘does do’ instead of what they ‘can or cannot do’ will result in more reflective community function.
