Our November 2017 Groundbreaking Ceremony provided an opportunity for students, parents, and staff to witness the beginnings of a new and Endless Opportunity! Elementary #29: Opens July, Welcome to YOUR State of the Art and 21st Century Learning Facility New elementary boundary for takes most of the area east of Tim Foster. Campus will start with a total of 496 (K-5). It will also be the hub temporarily for the Lujan Chavez and Elementary #29 taking in an additional 175 PK students for a total of 671pk-5th . There are currently 1,954 single-family lots under review in the area which may produce an additional 1,172 students over 10 years (57% Elementary 22% MS and 21% HS) = 334 Elementary in 5yrs Lujan-Chavez still stays over 1,000 students with 1,192 (K-5). Current enrollment 1,138 194 PK = 149 Butler and 45 Chester Jordan East Area 175 PK = 120 Lujan Chavez and 55 Elementary #29 Area = 2 Full Day and 3-4 Half Day Classrooms Current Enrollment at Lujan Chavez= 1,138 #4th grade students that are overflowed: Ituarte 28, PDN 9, CJE 5, Helen Ball 10, HAE 3, Purple Heart 8 = 63 (can chose to stay at overflow school without transportation) 4

Elementary #29 Boundary Proposal for Approval Elementary #29 Lujan-Chavez Elementary FC Local Students shall attend the school in the attendance zones in which they reside unless assigned to another school by the superintendent Students who reside in a school attendance boundary which has been modified due to the opening of a new campus shall attend the home school.
