All bones in skulls articulate together EXCEPT mandible
Connected at the temporal bones

5. Facial Bones Face is composed of eyes, ears, nose, jaw, and mouth

Maxilla
Mandible
Zygomatic

6. The Skull connects to the spine with the 1st and 2nd vertebra
Atlas (1st) and axis (2nd)

the articulation of atlas
and occipital bone
