Identify three strongest elements of your own current leadership capacity. Create a plan to strengthen your identified leadership potential, with next-step goals.

3 Definition: Roundabout
A type of circular intersection in which traffic flows almost continuously in one direction around a central island, able to flow out of (and into) various directions seamlessly without stopping. Modern roundabouts reduce the likelihood and severity of collisions by reducing traffic speeds and minimizing T-bone and head-on collisions.

4 Possible Types of Roundabout Travelers:
Not prepared or equipped for the route & procedures: Everyone’s a leader or not: Lone-traveler, leaps without the team – and without thinking ahead:

What do they need from you? What is the best action for the good of the whole? 3. Keep Turning – Keep trying until you reach the desired results – recalculating to the site’s needs as necessary (including new approaches)!
