Why a strategic review? Undertaking the Library Review is in part due diligence –It is something we should simply do as we move forward The Provost, President & 6th Decade Plan all call for such reviews Integrating and dovetailing our work with multi-year planning now underway across campus

Engagement with all Library staff Engagement with Library stakeholders A scan of the current environment Aligning our resources with our strategic directions Ensuring the current campus integrated planning and budget review process is taken into account A review and identification of appropriate impact, outcome and assessment measures The Library Review will include at a minimum
