Select a browser (Google etc.) and search for

In the window that opens, enter your details, using the address that you use to communicate with Nat West Intermediary Solutions
Create a password for the account. Using the drop-down menus, select suitable security questions and enter your answers – these will be used to identify you if you need to reset your password
An activation code will be sent to the address you entered. If it doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes, check your Junk or Spam folder
Copy the code and paste it into the Activation code field, then click on Submit Activation Code. You will receive a message to confirm ‘All Done’
Select Mobile and Web Access and save as favourite to your browser, for ease of use
Go to and log in to your account
Select ‘Web Access ‘ facility and select ‘Compose a secure e- mail’
Send to
You will receive confirmation of encryption in you ‘Sent Items’
