JST is proud to introduce the GH and GHD crimp style wire-to-board connector series.

2. GH and GHD Connectors GH Series GHD Series
Many applications require a wire-to-board connector that is sub-miniature in size but that offers many of the attributes of connectors larger in size.
The GH/GHD series wire-to-board connectors are on a 1.25mm (.049”) pitch, molded in a 94V0 PBT, SMT compatible, polarized and have a secure positive locking feature including an audible click/tactile feedback, when mated.

3. GH SINGLE ROW crimp style wire-to-board connector series
The GH single row crimp style wire-to-board connector series is available in 2 through 15 circuits. The series is rated at 1.0 amp AC/DC using a 26AWG wire, has a rating of 50 volts AC/DC and operates in a temperature range of -25 degrees centigrade to +85 degrees centigrade.

4. GH SINGLE ROW crimp style wire-to-board contacts
The GH single row crimp style wire-to-board contacts will accommodate a wire range of 30 to 26 AWG . Contacts are tin plated phosphor bronze providing for a very reliable contact interface and cost effective solution.

5. GH SINGLE ROW HEADERS
Problem:
Most sealed connectors are fairly large and cumbersome, not needing the need for a small form factor connector.
Script:
The JWPF fits the need for a small form factor wire to wire or wire to pcb sealed connector. The JWPF has a pitch of just 2.0mm contact to contact and 4.0mm row to row for the double row versions. The overall size when mated is just 30.2mm for the wire to wire and 21.0mm for the wire to pcb version.
RoHS compliant (lead free) 94V0 9T Nylon surface mount headers are available in either top (vertical) mount or side (right angle) mount. Header contacts are tin plated phosphor bronze and reinforcements (for additional mechanical strength) are tin plated brass. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic insertion equipment.

6. GHD DOUBLE ROW crimp style wire-to-board connector series
Problem:

7. GHD DOUBLE ROW crimp style wire-to-board contacts
Script:
All seals are pre-assembled in both the tab and receptacle housings. The lanceless tab and receptacle contacts are first terminated and then inserted into their respective housing through the rear seal.
The GHD double row crimp style wire-to-board contacts will accommodate a wire range of 30 to 26 AWG. Contacts are selectively gold plated phosphor bronze providing for a very reliable contact interface using gold only where required.

8. GHD DOUBLE ROW HEADER
RoHS compliant (lead free) 94V0 9T Nylon surface mount header is available in top (vertical) mount. Header contacts are gold plated phosphor bronze and reinforcements (for additional mechanical strength) are tin plated brass. Headers are provided on embossed tape for automatic insertion equipment.

9. THE GH and GHD SERIES IS ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING FREINDLY
Applicators are available for semi-automatic and fully automatic termination equipment normally found in the manufacturing environment as well as standard hand tools and our most recent Mini-reel hand tool introduction for engineering, lab and pre-production requirements.
