EXAMPLE:
I am in my car at a stop light about to get on the highway. The light turns green and I accelerate to 60 m/s to get on the highway. I get on the highway in 6 seconds and cruise at 60 m/s for 18 seconds when there is a traffic jam. It takes bout 6 seconds for me to decelerate to about 5 m/s where I cruise at that speed for 10 seconds. I get off at the next exit where there is a stop sign at the top of the exit ramp.
