December Packets due into the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs (SVPAA) January - April Packets reviewed by SVPAA's office (tenure cases first) Corrections requested from units (usually requires turnaround of less than a week) January Weekly PRC Meetings start the first wednesday after MLK Day. February All tenure cases must be reviewed by SVPAA's office and corrected by the end of the month March Early March: PRC completed voting on tenure cases Mid March: Mailing deadline for April BOG April Early April BOG votes; candidates notified PRC meets throughout the month May Mid May: Mailing deadline for June BOG Timeline for Tenure Process
