1. 60% took medical care/service after conflict 2. Only 49% got it free of charge 3. Distance; check post; lack of doctor, referral & disability access are major challenges -IAVA 4. 24% without updated place of residence – another factor 5. Demand for unofficial payment not uncommon

Freedom of Movement 48% of residents have electronic pass
27% of the rest are interested in obtaining one 10% faced obstacles in crossing/carrying items One entry/exit denial every 3 minutes – V SoS 500 rubles/200 UAH bribe
