EEO Fund Allocation Model
In 2015, the Statewide EEO and Diversity Advisory Committee and the CCCCO modified the EEO Fund Allocation Model Historically, EEO Funds were allocated based on FTES EEO Funds are now allocated to districts that meet “multiple methods of measuring success in promoting equal employment opportunity” Section 53030(b)(2).

District’s EEO Advisory Committee and EEO Plan (required for funding) Board Policies and adopted resolutions Incentives for hard-to-hire area/disciplines Focused outreach and publications Procedures for addressing diversity throughout hiring steps and levels Consistent and ongoing training for hiring committees Professional development focused on diversity Diversity incorporated into criteria for employee evaluation and tenure review Grow-Your-Own programs PRE-HIRE HIRE POST-HIRE
