2. Motion
Motion: a change in position relative to a reference point This means that there is a change in distance or displacement of the two objects.

3. Distance vs Displacement
Distance is a measure of the path taken.
Displacement is a measure of the distance from the starting point to the ending point; or the measure of the change in position

 A physics teacher walks 4 meters East, 2 meters South, 4 meters West, and finally 2 meters North.

6. Speed vs Velocity
Speed is how fast an object is moving. The distance traveled divided by the time of travel.
Velocity tells us the speed of an object and its direction

7. Average Speed
Speed = distance/ time
The SI unit for speed is m/s.
