What is Google News? Google News is an automated news collector supported by Google Inc. Google’s main news search covers about 4,500 English language sources. Items are stored in Google’s news database for 30 days; discarded items can be retrieved through Google’s news archive. Google organizes its database into several categories.

What makes Google News stick out from the rest?
Google fast flip offers a new reading experience that combines the best elements of print and online articles. Google also offers a news search for not just the U.S., but about 70 other countries. With this feature, Google News spreads their database all throughout the world.
