2 How do I generate and refine non-investor lists?
Go to Reporting>Custom Report List, and select NAR – Local Board Performance. Change the level to Non-Giving. If you are a Local Association, select your Local Association. Leave the remainder of the page blank, and click “Run Report” * ** * If you are from California, Colorado or Washington, change the Source field to Voluntary ** If you are from North Carolina, check the box that says “Exclude In-Kinds”

3 Scroll to the column on the far right of the Excel file, and find the columns entitled Previous Year Total and All-Time Total. To generate a list of New Investors (members who have never invested in RPAC), sort by the All Time Total column>Smallest to Largest. Remove any names from the list who have investments showing in the All Time Total column. To generate a list of Lapsed Investors (members who have not given in this recognition year, or in last recognition year), sort by the Previous Year Total column>Smallest to Largest. Remove any names from the list who have investments showing in the Previous Year Total column. To generate a list of both Lapsed Investors and New Investors, sort by Previous Year Total>Smallest to Largest and All Time Total>Smallest to Largest.
