1. Force Field Analysis
Introducing any change can be challenging. A useful way to assess the situation is to consider forces driving and restraining change in a Force-Field Analysis.
In the exercise on the next slide:
1. Press the enable button to allow you to modify the drop-down lists.
2. Use the text boxes to describe the most significant forces and then rate each force on a scale of 1 to 5.
3. Consider how you can maximise the driving forces, and minimise the restraining forces.
4. Save your analysis so you can review it later.

3. Force Field Analysis
To save your force-field analysis, make sure you choose Save from the pop-up box that appears when you exit from the presentation. You can exit from the presentation by pressing Escape.
