Connect researchers and change agents working on change in higher education
Curate resources
Curate/create resources (broadly defined) that are useful for researchers and change agents
Endorse ideas and resources
Endorse/advocate for ideas and/or materials (this will evolve as the network matures) that will facilitate change in higher education

3. ASCN Structure – There are many ways to participate

4. Roles of ASCN Participants
Network Hub: Support the work of the ASCN.
Develop and maintain communication structures, secure funding, set initial agendas for the network, recruiting network members, support working groups.
Steering Committee: Provide strategic guidance and support for the intellectual work of the community.
Working Groups: Each working group will develop a small number of projects that members can choose to be involved in.
Network Members: Members can choose to interact with the network in a variety of ways. Anyone who is interested can join the network.

5. Project Manager Position / Post Doc Position
Full time, based at Western Michigan University
Assist/support working groups
A key part of the Hub that will support all aspects of the project

6. This Inaugural Meeting
Primary Goal: To build a strong foundation that will support the network as it grows and attract others to join.
