Registration Procedures
Pay the registration fee at any Security Bank branch. Deposit the amount to:

Keep the original duplicate copy of the deposit slip. You will be REQUIRED to present it upon registration on the date of the activity.
Write the FULL NAME/S of attendee/s whose fee/s is/are covered on the deposit slip. Please indicate their payment category (PPTA member or not) beside their names.
Prepare a scanned copy of the deposit slip for uploading. Please save it in .jpeg format.
