Different platform types based on value & control parameters, but considering interoperability and standards
Focus on “Big Delta” by considering “openness”, “universal-app” and “link with telco resources and local environments”
Considerations between “Lean vs. Smart Operators” such as “0-touch network” vs. “De-perimeterization of services” and new classes of services in both
The network itself is a source of information and proper management of personal data be back to customer, thus autonomicity & identity should be the most important challenges: architecture models should be taken into account
ISS (contents, applications) are typically in the user layer but may also be seen as resources for communications platforms
