3. IGN YEBES 40m radio telescope
Owned and operated by the National Geographical Institute (IGN) – National Astronomical Observatory (OAN)
Currently member of the European VLBI Network (EVN) and International VLBI Service for Geodesy and Astrometry (IVS). Joining GMVA in 2011.
Receivers in GHz bands (Q band under construction).
VLBI instrumentation (MK5B, DBBC, 1 Gbps fiber connection).
Frequency agile (change in few minutes)
More available at high frequencies.
