What ARV regimens can safely be used with anti-TB Rx? (Clinical trials - coming) Should we use rifabutine? (No) When is the best point to start ARVs during anti-TB Rx? (Starting - need more studies) Operational issues: human resources, funds, structures, processes, etc (Coming, needs further planning)
