Saturation Mode:- Distribution of Soil Health Cards to farmers. FMD Vaccination Vaccination of Sheep and Goat

Action Plan / Implementation Strategy
Distribution of free Mini Kits of pulses and oilseeds Demonstrations on Micro Irrigation/Integrated Farming System in KVKs – at least two farmers per village. Awareness Camps / Programme for PMFBY in each village. Artificial Insemination upto 100 per village Training programmes in each of the villages by ICAR/KVKs in these areas: Bee Keeping Mushroom cultivation Kitchen garden (preferably of women) Other relevant income generating activity

Action Plan / Implementation Strategy
Distribution of Horticulture / Agro Forestry/Bamboo 5 per family (location appropriate) to 100 families per village. (Funds available under Agro-Forestry Scheme to be used. In case of shortage of funds, to be implemented in convergence with MGNREGA). Making 20 NADEP / Vermi Compost in each village. (Funds available for construction of Vermi Compost to be used. In case of shortage of funds, to be implemented in convergence with MGNREGA). Development of Gramin Haats. (to be implemented in convergence with MGNREGA).

Implementing Agency Districts JS CPO
To be implemented by KVKs under guidance and support of District Administration/ATMA, District officials related to Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Horticulture etc. JS Districts allocated to Joint Secretary Level Officers of MoAC&FW for close monitoring CPO Central Parbhari Officers to monitor. Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVKs) to be nodal implementer Officers deputed as in-charge of the Districts for supervision

Expectations from States
Cooperation from all line Departments, District Administration, ATMA functionaries to make it a grand success like in Phase-I. Ensuring active participation of field level functionaries Convergence with MGNREGA for implementation of (i) Distribution of Plants, (ii) NADEP/Vermi Compost, and (iii) Development of Gramin Haats. Timely updation of progress report on KVK portal Let’s make it a success.
