Fig 1 Blood flow and dialysate glucose and lactate concentrations within an MTrP across the study time frame are presented. Blood flow is expressed as a ratio of the ethanol concentration in the outflowing dialysate and the inflowing perfusate solutions (ethanol outflow/inflow ratio), which is inversely related to blood flow. Gray bars indicate time when trigger point release was applied to the MTrP.
