16 ozTomato Sauce
16 oz Ketchup
12 oz Chili Sauce
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Corn Syrup
Half cup Honey
1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS Soy Sauce
Half cup Dry Rub
1 TBS Hot Sauce

4. Mix Ingredients

5. Sauce Secrets Don’t over sauce your meat Simmer sauce for 30 min or so
Stay away from too much sugar
Taste and taste and more taste

6. Tu Bones Cole Slaw 1 Bag of shredded Cole Slaw ½ cup Blue Plate Mayo
green cabbage
carrots and
red cabbage
½ cup Blue Plate Mayo
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tea Salt
1 tea Black Pepper
¼ of a tea Celery Seed

7. Mix all of the above ingredients in a large bowl until combined
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving

8. Cole Slaw Secret
Put the purple cabbage in just be you are ready to serve
Keep Slaw refrigerated
Taste your slaw and adjust if necessary

9. Tu Bones Baked Beans
4 16 to 20 ounce cans pork and beans we use Van Camps
1 cup brown sugar
1 onion chopped up
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce or just a good dose
1 tablespoon prepared mustard I use Kraft
1 cup barbecue sauce whatever is your favorite
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
3 to 4 pieces bacon

2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons finely ground black pepper
