Abstract In this age of Digital Convergence and Disruption, financial services industry is rapidly undergoing digital transformation. Customer experience is the driving force for this transformation. Large programs are being conceived in the industry with this single important outcome i.e., to provide best customer experience. Performance of enterprise grade systems is one of the major contributor to end user experience. Managing large performance testing programs demands in-depth experience and maturity. Qualitative and quantitative aspects of governance along with right alignment and guided by proven management practices provide a stable foundation for the teams to thrive and achieve best productivity and performance. Digital transformation also requires innovations which serve as catalysts in successful delivery of performance testing services.
