Missing views are a challenge for 3D visualization skills.
The general procedure for constructing the missing view involves locating identical vertices in the provided views and transferring their location onto the missing view.

4. Missing Views – Draw the missing top view
Step 1: Project vertices.
Step 2: Measure distances from Right Side View.
Step 3: Locate and connect corresponding vertices.

To construct a pictorial drawing from orthographic projections it is convenient to use “reverse” edge or point tracking.
Step 1: Locate an anchor vertex or edge
Step 2: Successively locate adjacent vertices or edges
Step 3: Add internal features

Step 2: Find and sketch in adjacent surfaces
