Kenya Entrepreneurship Education and Vision 2030 By Gituro Wainaina School of Business University of Nairobi September 16, 2016 Understaffed and underfunded directorates Inadequate and slow responses from implementing ministries Competing priorities due to increased demands for secretariat to facilitate government reforms aligning with the new constitution.
