6 New Features – Core System
New component of the software Remember the core system is the view HR, Approvers and Hiring Managers use

7 New Hire Process New Hire Process
New section has been added to the Page Builder section which will allow an organization to specified the actions which should occur during the new hire process. 1) Find an applicant-Required 2) Choose A Requisition–Required 3) Review Req / Status-Optional 4) Review Demographics-Optional New field for work address added 5) Send Internal s-Optional 6) Send Employee s-Optional 7) Send ‘New Employee’ -Optional 8) Transfer to HR Product-Optional

8 Multiple Openings for One Req
Three new fields have been added to the Requisition table which will allow organizations to track multiple openings tied to individual requisitions. The Openings field will be visible on the Requisition Main page and the Openings, Total Hires and Remaining Openings can be added to the Req List view in the system. As a result of this change, the Time to Fill Report has been updated to reflect the time to fill either for the total requisition or based on each hire through the process.

9 Evaluator Role Evaluator Role
New role added to the user security to expand the ability for non-recruiter and non-managers to update the applicant status in the system. Each person who should have this ability should be set up accordingly in their User Profile and each code which this role should be able to access/change should be flagged accordingly in the Applicant Status Code.

10 Delegate User Delegate Users
New option has been added to the User Preferences to allow for another user of the system to be delegated to review resumes, confirm interviews, approve requisitions and offers and complete interview evaluations. When the delegation feature is turned on, a message will be displayed on the HOME page view which states who the delegated person is for this user. The HOME page view will show both the delegated user’s and the original user’s tasks. The delegated user can review the information and record a response using his/her password. By taking this action, the system will remove the task list from the original reviewer/approver’s screen.

11 Req Coding Logic Req Code Logic
Coding Logic for the Req Code has been updated so that anything starting with ‘OPEN’, ‘CLOSED’ or ‘HOLD’ will be treated like those codes. For example, if you code something as ‘CLOSED-CANCEL’, that code will be treated like any other closed req in the system. Reviewing the Req list will include these codes, these codes will not show up in the Self Service module or when adding a new requisition to an applicant, etc.

New option to send separate / applicant specific attachments in s. Use the ‘Select’ button to browse your computer and attach additional documents to this . Use the ‘Add’ button to add additional lines to the selection box to add additional documents.

13 Other New Features Add Note when changing statuses
Signature Block for s New ‘Post Through’ Field for Requisitions Reverse Search Add Note A new note box has been added to the status change action. The note will be added only to the History screen for the applicant Signature Block New text box has been added to the User Preference page to allow each user to create a user signature block. This signature block can then be pulled onto and letter templates by adding the {Signature} mail merge field. Post Through New Field added to the Requisition Main page which will prevent jobs from posting to the website past this date. The status of the requisition and posting location will remain the same but the job will not be viewable on the external sites. Reverse Search New search has been added to allow for users to search requisitions for key words in order to match up applicants with those same skills.

15 Agency Portal Agency Portal: Setup and Assignment
New website has been added to the product to allow for staffing agencies to have access to Cyber Recruiter. Setup is completed within the Website section of Admin but a new page (like Careers or Self Service) is needed before this page can be accessed. In the requisition, the individual agencies (one or more) are specified as having access to post individuals to this position.

When the agency submits the information, it is connected inside the Applicants record for quick access

17 Applicant Job Agent Job Agent
Designated what pieces of the requisition should be available for the Applicant to set up notifications on in the Self Service view. The applicant can then add in the Job Alerts and when new openings are posted, the system will trigger an to the Applicant alerting him/her. The alert will stay into effect until the specified ‘expiration date’ or until the applicant removes the trigger.

18 Key Work Searching Key Word Search
New option has been added to the Intro tab of the Careers module which will allow organizations to put a keyword search on the Intro page of the website. This search will find matching words in the Job Description, Requirements or Public Job Description tabs of the requisition.

19 Other New Features Specify Attachments viewable in Self Service
Use HTML Code in Org Description to post to website Attachments The attachments page of an applicant file now has a Public checkmark option. By check-marking this option the attachment will be viewable by the Applicant in the Self Service module HTML in Org Description The text box in the organizational level description section of the codes has been update to allow for html text which with then translate to the website if the careers module is set to use the {OrgDesc} merge field.

21 Core: Admin & Views Disabled Users Removed from Views
‘Help’ drop-down is now part of Group Security Open Activities Column Heading for Non-Approval Tasks can now be sorted In the Inbox column Assigned Reqs: Status, the status can now be changed from the Inbox. Disabled Users This flag for disabling users in the Admin > Security > Users screen has been expanded to remove the user’s name from the Create Requisition page, Inbox view, Routing To, Interviewing by, and Approvals screens. Help There is a new section in the Group Security which will allow Admin’s to limit groups of users from having access to the Feedback, User Manuals, Tech Support and About section of the Help menu. All or part of the menu can be restricted. Open Activities Pending Routing Responses, Pending Interview Evaluations and Pending Interview Confirmations now have column headings which can be sorted. Inbox Column Assigned Reqs: Status This column has been updated to allow for the user to click on the status of an applicant related to the requisition thus activating the status change action. A new checkbox in this screen will also remove the applicant from the user’s inbox at the time of the change.

22 Core: Requisitions & Applicants
Education records added in Requisition > Requirements page are now used as part of the Requirements Search EEO section of Demographics page has been made a separate tab Requirement Search The previous requirements search did not reference the educational records in the Requisitions > Requirements page. This search has been updated to find matches based on the skills and educational requirements. EEO Tab The EEO section of the demographics page has been moved to a separate tab on the demographics page to provide additional security for this information.

Referrals The employee referral options stored under Self Service > Employee Referral has been expanded to include the option to prevent employees from submitting referrals without selecting a position. Security Questions Three additional security questions have been added to the Contact Information page of the Self Service module which allow a copy to prompt for information which can then be verified by the applicant before providing him/her with the user ID and password for the Self Service Module. Fields should be added to the Contact Information page for the applicant to respond to and to the Password Retrieval page for the Applicant to answer before getting the password. These questions will appear on the Application page of the Applicant’s record but only if the user has access to see SS Login information. Addresses Logic has been written into the Self Service module to allow for hyphens in the address and will check to ensure the formatting of the address is that of an .
