Since we last met The West Midlands Clinical Senate has considered the broader scope of the work The Governing Bodies have considered the Independent Reconfiguration Panel report We have been communicating what you said newsletter & media your work was published on the websites Winter pressures remain across the system

Today we will develop the local offer
Understand the choices local people would make in where to travel for community hospital services Understand the priorities patients want commissioners to consider when considering plans for changes to services

From the last event and CHAD analysis of data a core offer for each site has emerged. Walk in centre Minor Injuries Unit Out of Hours Extended skill mix i.e. GP led – prescribing – ANP Outpatients – Current provision plus tailored services based on local needs Beds – slightly differing provision by site Diagnostics – X-ray – Ultrasound – ECG Mental Health –crisis care, counselling , day care Dementia Services – ranging from memory clinic to Centre of Excellence Phlebotomy – based on required demand in each locality. Hub - wellbeing - voluntary sector - social prescribing - Care navigators GP Services – Differing provision by site
