Reading
We will read a fantasy story called The Trial of Cardigan Jones. Our story skills will be: conclusions, infer/predict, and dictionary skills. Our summative assessment will NOT be this week.
Language Arts
We will learn about subjects and predicates..
Math
We will learn how to use different strategies to add and subtract this week.
Science & Social Studies
Science - We will begin our first science unit called Objects and Motion.
Social Studies – We will begin our 13 Colonies Unit by discussing where the 13 colonies were located on a map.
Teacher Notes
Remember to initial the student planner each night so that I know you’ve seen the nightly homework.
