1. PowerSchool Grade Book Parent/Student Access
Beginning October 13, 2017 parents and students will have access to Grade Book. You will be able to view how your student is doing in each class. Here’s how: Login information will be sent home on Wednesday, October 11th with your children.

2. Parent Account Setup
Welcome. In order to complete the account setup for the Parent Portal you should follow the following steps.
On an Internet connected device go to
Click on the Create Account tab and then the Create Account Button.
Fill out the web form with your information. You choose your own username and password. In the second section enter the student information provided in Portal letter provided by the school. If you did not receive this letter the guidance secretary can provide you with the Access ID and Password. Please note this is NOT the students log-in information – these are separate IDs and passwords.

4. Grade Book Access Etiquette
Do’s
Allow teachers adequate time to correct/post assignments and assessments. Some teachers have over 90 students.
Hold your child accountable for discussing concerns, missing assignments with their teachers.
Have face to face conversations with your child regarding their education. Don’t stop these conversations just because you have access.

5. Etiquette Cont. CAUTION
This feature may create stress for you or your child. If it does….stop using it!
Only contact the teacher after you have had a discussion with your child, your child has had a discussion with the teacher and there is still a concern.
Understand we are all human and there will be times that there may be an error. Please do not assume the worst.
