READ – Recognition and Enrichment of Archival Documents (
Main problem – training a neural network + classification
Require large computational resources
Java + MPI parallelization
Need ssh-less access and MPI across multiple VMs (cluster-in-the-cloud)
First step:
EGI will provide technical support
READ will setup VMs and test it within fedcloud VO
Second step:
Porting READ application to A&H gateway
Connecting READ with DARIAH?
More resources within DARIAH VO are required for this use-case
