What is the purpose?
Is it enforceable?
Is it necessary or can the issue be solved differently?
Avoid ….: I’m surprised we didn’t make a rule banning children from playing in the refrigerator.
Review…. We had four rules. Now down to two.

6. Participant/Human Respect
Requiring a participant to attend meetings/support services at a specific day and time
offer 3-5 programs offered on different times and dates?
Or find out what the participant is interested in and then network with area programs?
Have a Curfew?
why not teach people how to go out safely, providing resources in case it doesn’t go well?
We have think outside the box to meet people where they are at.
