No formal opposition received (one previous opponent has since signed in support) Qualifies for Landmark District designation because: Represents evolution of a typical neighborhood with significant architectural examples from several periods of the City’s history High concentration of English Arts & Crafts and Neoclassical Revival houses 78% of properties (18 of 23) contribute to significance – different from text in agenda report Historic Preservation Commission recommended approval of the designation at September 3, 2013 meeting Planning Commission recommended approval at November 13, 2013 meeting
