Azure AD Sync is configured between on Premises and Office 365
DNS records for domain still point to on premises (externally discoverable) EWS/AutoDiscover.
Exchange Hybrid configuration in place; (but mailboxes not migrated)
OAuth is configured between Exchange On premises and Office 365
User is NOT licensed for Exchange Online (Plan 2)
User IS licensed for Skype for business Online (Plan 2)
Users enabled for UM policy (required for client features)
