5 Certain processes suit certain modes
Automatic mode good for situations for which they have been programmed = efficient but not as flexible: Regulatory process for plans and policies Less flexible as they progress Manual mode, flexible but not so efficient, as it takes time to punch in all the settings, but better results. Working at the front end of process Positive and encouraging environment Improving relationships
