Straight vessel was narrow (arrow), with two vessels originating from anterior part and connecting to SSS. B. Axial contrast-enhanced MR image showed that above vessels were in posterior part of falx cerebri (arrow). Vascular malformations were mainly located near right lateral ventricle.
