Figure 1 Nuclear Translocation of Myrf-1 and Myrf-2 Promotes Developmental Circuit Rewiring Myrf-1 and Myrf-2 complex in the ER and subsequently undergo autocleavage to generate N- and C-terminal fragments in developing DD motoneurons. The C-terminal domains of the MYRFs remain associated with ER membrane, whereas the N-terminal domains translocate to the nucleus.
