Geographic Dictionary
Essential Learning: The student will be able to explain how the ancient civilizations were influenced by their geography and how they adapted to their environment. Success Criteria: Students will be able to identify geographic features.

Directions Part 1: Write the following definitions from the ppt. on your worksheet. Part 2: On your sheet of copy paper (OR back of one of the wks) you will draw a picture using 10 of the words/definitions from the geography dictionary. You will also label the items you used to identify what they are. ONLY USE COLOR PENCILS. Success Criteria: Students will be able to identify geographic features.
