Honey Mask (for dry/mat/dehydrated skin) Apply a coat of honey to the face and let act for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Orange Mask Mash an orange and then use it as a mask for 10 – 15 minutes and rinse it. Its ideal for a bright, smooth, shiny skin and it delays the development of wrinkles.

Apple Mask Grind an apple, add 3 tablespoons of milk cream and blend until the mixture becomes smooth. Apply it to the face and let act for 15 minutes. Afterwards, rinse.

Avocado & Honey The pulp of avocado with a tablespoon of honey can become a very good hydrating face mask making the skin smooth and bright.

Mask for Dilated Pores An egg white well mixed a tablespoon of corn oil and a tablespoon of flour. Apply to the face and let act for 15 – 20 minutes; then rinse.

Facial Mask for Shine ½ grinded apple 1 teaspoon yogurt 1 teaspoon honey

Rice Facial Mask Boil 2 tablespoons rice in ¼ of liters water. Let cool and apply it to the face.

Cooling face mask for wrinkles Ingredients: 1 glass fresh cucumber juice 1 tablespoon yogurt 3 drops alcohol Half teaspoon lanoline Half teaspoon pure honey Directions: Mix lanoline with honey on heat so as to melt. Add the cucumber juice mixing and at the end add the yogurt cool. Apply to the face and leave it for a while. Rinse with much water. This softens and smooths the not so deep wrinkles.

Wrinkles Ingredients: 1 carrot 1 teaspoon almond oil 1 teaspoon lanoline 1 yolk 1 cup barley flour Directions: Grate the carrot, slightly boil it so it softens and hit it so melts. Add the other ingredients and the yolk at the end, mix and apply the mask to the face for 20 minutes. Then apply to the face, the spots with wrinkles, one sheer coat of pure vaseline.

Crème de Beautè Ingredients: Half kilo fat (from pork) 100 grams milk 100 grams lettuce 25 fresh butter 5 grams soda(bicarbonate de soude) 25 grams rose water Some orange or rose aroma if you wish Directions: This is the basic cream that was used day and night. They applied less amount of it in the day and it nourished in the night. The fat is the gel of pork in between the muscles. It is preserved for a month in the fridge. Boil the milk with the lettuce, the fat and the butter tightly closed in a pot, of which the cap I seal with dough so the steam is confined. Boil them for 4 hours. Then strain them with a fine strainer, spin them and boil them again for an hour, constantly mixing them. Then put in the all the other ingredients(that shouldnt boil). Gradually take this juice with a scoop, put it in a large bowl and cool it down with some ice and water. Blend it for some time until the cream curdles. Put them in small jars and make several holes so as the water comes off.

Scrub for face Ingredients: A handful of bran A handful of semolina A handful of crushed flax 2 drops olive oil Directions: Clean the face and wet it with rain water. Wet the mixture a little and we rub it onto the face. Once a week.

For freckles Ingredients: 2 cups distilled rain water A handful of parsley 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon honey A handful of cardamom leaves A handful of linden leaves Directions: Put 2 cups rain water with parsley. 1 teaspoon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, linden leaves. Apply this juice onto the face, where there are freckles. Keep it separately in a nice bottle. Strain the ingredients with a fine strainer. Melt them and make the mixture. Apply it where you have freckles, after I clean these spots with a drop lemon juice and rub them with fresh potato.

Toner Ingredients: 1 cup fresh cucumber juice 2 teaspoons orange juice 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 cup rose water 20 drops pure alcohol 1 cup chamomile 2 tablespoons juice from boiled lettuce and parsley Directions: Put them in a nice bottle and store them in the fridge. When you want to use it, shake the bottle well and apply the lotion to the face. The skin goes clean, clear, healthy. Store it in the fridge.
