Novel panel expression of long non-coding RNA as reliable biomarkers to diagnosis Cholangiocarcinoma Elmira Sadat Tabatabaei (B.Sc)1&3*, Maryam Eslami (M.D.ph.D)1 , Donya Salman Mahini(B.Sc)1&3, Binazir khanabadi (B.Sc)1&2, Mohammad Amin Mahmanzar (B.Sc) 1&2 , Fatemeh Kazemi Afrakti(B.Sc)1, Amir Sadeghi (M.D)3 Applied Biotechnology Research Center, Tehran Medical Sciences Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran Basic and Molecular Epidemiology of Gastrointestinal Disorders Research Center, Research Institute for Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases Research Center, Research Institute for Gastroenterology and Liver Diseases, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran objectives lncRNA Deregulation Sample Type Biological process MALAT1 up tissue invasion and migration HOTAIR promotes glioblastoma cell cycle progression via an EZH2-dependent pathway HULC Down contribute to CCA cell migration and invasion through ceRNA manner GAS5 inhibited the transcription of 360 GR target genes H19 Up TUG1 Invasion, proliferation apoptosis, migration differentiation PCAT1 induces cell proliferation and apoptosis by miR-122/Wnt/β-catenin-signaling pathway Sox2ot silencing sox2ot inhibited cell proliferation and clonogenic ability in MTT assay and colony formation assay Linc-pint plasma, Apoptosis, proliferation ATF3-008 signaling, and cell proliferation Methods In this systematic review study, an extensive English-language literature search was conducted using NCBI, Sciencedirect to identify original studies and review articles, according to keywords: cholangiocarcinoma, biomarkers and long non-coding RNA. The papers collected and then was ranking based on appropriate criteria. all of this lncRNA were collected by type of techniques that were used high throughput technics, such as next-generation sequencing(NGS), RNAseq and PCR array analysis of normal and cancer sample of patients with Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA) The incidence of patients with Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA) as most prevalent primary biliary and hepatic malignancy has increased recent years. CCA was known as aggressive cancer because it has median survival time less than 2 years. the surgery or liver transplantation is the only effective therapy for early-stage patients but unfortunately, most of them diagnosed at advanced stage. The sensitivity and specificity of serum markers that frequently used in clinical such as carbohydrate antigen CA 19-9 and CA-125 are law sensitivity and make mistake in treatment trend. in this study, we considerate Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA), as a member of non-coding RNA which exist in the nucleus and cytoplasm that have a length more than 200 nucleotides, as a novel biomarker for early detection of CCA. Results After completing the final analysis, 26 studies from other research more relevant to their subject, we collected 10 valuable lncRNA as a panel of biomarkers to detect CCA at the early stage(Table1) were assessed and diagnostic accuracy lncRNAs were pooled using the “LncRNAs Disease databases”. References Table-1 conclusion Taking into account the limited number of studies regarding the role of lncRNA in CCA, more studies will be needed in the future to demonstrate the importance of lncRNA in tumor initiation, invasion and metastasis, as well as their utility as therapeutic targets. Moreover, considering that until now lncRNA has been detected in pathological pancreatic tissues, their investigation in “easy access” materials like blood in the future will make them even more attractive and less invasive biomarkers
